I have to share these pictures because I’ve very impressed with myself (not for the photos but for the cooking skills, well the photos aren’t so bad either ;).  I made the most delicious quesadilla yesterday with leftover salsa, which I also made, and if you don’t remember the salsa posting from this summer, click here

I love this stuff because it’s so versatile. It’s great on chicken, just with chips, and out of this world in a quesadilla. Oh, and I think it’d be good in an omelet too!

This was just made with whole wheat tortillas,  shredded cheese, avocado and the salsa and obviously these photos were taken before I put the other tortilla on top, but I had to show off the colors.

So good!

and the post cooking shot….

If you have some free time or don’t really but are a good procrastinator, I recommend checking out some of these amazing photos by some of the greatest wedding photographers in the country. Even if you don’t know anything about photography, they are worth seeing!

Happy almost New Year!

A few months ago I was approached by Ocean Edge Resort (where I photographed the beautiful Kelly & Marc) asking me if they could feature some of my photos on a new wedding gallery that they were about to create. Of course, I said yes immediately given that they are one of the most popular wedding venues on Cape Cod. Not to mention, my photos would be joined with many photographers that have been in the business for 10+ years! I couldn’t pass it up.

They are still apparently tweaking a few things on their end to enhance the image quality on their site but either way you can see the gallery here:
