Elena and Matt’s wedding was beautiful and they got oh so lucky with the weather. It was a 60 degree November day w/ bright blue skies. Their ceremony was held at Coggeshall Farm and dinner and dancing at DeWolf Tavern both in Bristol, Rhode Island. I love Bristol! I love that it has a country/rustic feel while being right on the ocean. This wedding was perfect to wrap up my 2013 wedding season!

Last weekend, I met up with Kelly and her other half John, along w/ Emily from {MStarr Event Styling + Design} at Pakeen Farm – for a winter-themed photo shoot. Kelly is a talented wedding photographer friend (no pressure, no pressure) and Emily and I got to work together this summer on a wedding. We bared the chilly temps and enjoyed some good laughs together. There’s something about winter light… the sky turns shades of peaches and pinks as the sun sets. It’s pretty great. I hope this gets you in the holiday spirit, enjoy!
